Add every song you play to your personal chart library. Each chart stores the title, artist, original key, tempo, tags, and your chord notes or lead sheet. Bulk import a list of songs to get started fast — SetBook auto-detects duplicates so you never chart the same tune twice.

Build setlists that adapt per gig
Drag songs from your library into a setlist. Reorder with drag-and-drop, add set breaks, and override the key or notes for a specific gig without changing the original chart. Need to play “Wagon Wheel” in B-flat for one bride and in G for the next wedding? Override per setlist — your master chart stays clean. Switch to Stage View on the night of the gig for a clean, distraction-free display optimized for reading off a music stand or tablet.

Schedule gigs and invite your band
Create a gig with date, venue, call time, dress code, compensation, and notes. Attach a setlist. Invite bandmates by name or send a shareable link — they can RSVP without creating an account. Assign roles (drums, bass, vocals, MD), and SetBook tells you who’s available based on their other gigs. Your gigs sync automatically to Apple Calendar and Google Calendar, so you and your band always know what’s coming up.
